An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Analyst. The role involves carrying out analysis on a range of samples, using chromatography techniques such as HPLC and GC, and spectroscopic instrumentation such as IR, UV Vis. Wet Chemistry techniques are also highly desirable.

The role will involve analysis of varios products typicaly found within chemical and pahrmaceutical laboratories. Techniques of GC, HPLC and IR would be used for raw materials as well as finished product analysis.

Experience of working within regulated environments would be desirable so an understanding of UKAS, ISO or GLP/GMP regulations would be a benefit.

This is a 6 month contract initially but there is a strong possibility for the role to be extended or being transferred to permanent position.
